Created in 2009, Coku was the first robata restaurant in Italy.
This gastronomic landmark is a modern twist on two distant culinary traditions: Mediterranean and Japanese.

All the ingredients are locally-sourced and reinvented thanks to Oriental marinades and flavours.

The charming terraced dining area overlooking the sea is illuminated by a different light every day, and is open from sunset for aperitifs and dinners with the unique and unmistakeable signature of Coku.
